Delivery Policy

$10 for Local Delivery 

Delivery Hours:

Monday-Saturday: 10am-930pm

Sunday: 10am-830pm

Available to most of NW and some NE DC.

Please allow extra time for deliveries further from the store.

$50 minimum purchase.

All deliveries must be received on the premise of an apartment or office. Delivery curbside will be denied.

Delivery person reserves the right to request customer come outside for delivery.

Most orders are completed within 1 hour. However, please allow up to 2 hours for delivery depending on current delivery volume.

We require an on-site contact’s phone number and apt/suite/floor number for all delivery addresses without exception.

If you have any special delivery requirements, feel free to specify them in the “special instructions” field during checkout.

Extreme weather may cause cancelations or delays for our deliveries as we tricycle to most locations.

Tips for our delivery drivers are greatly appreciated.
